Terms Of Services
This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", contains the terms of services, offered on riseax.com (“Riseax”), and itself represents an AGREEMENT between "Media Wavez" (“Media Wavez”/ “We”) and ADVERTISER (“You”), the ADVERTISER, as a person, using our services.
1. FIRST THINGS FIRST
If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us via email or online chat, we will explain everything to you. If you think we could run your promotion better, please contact us too. We value your feedback, and we are there for you.

Usually, we reply within one hour or two if you contact us between 10am to 7pm. However, on rare occasions, it can take up to 24 hours. If you fail to receive a reply in 24 hours, please contact us again.
4. WHAT WE DO AND WHAT YOU PAY US FOR
4.1 We promote your YouTube channel by promoting your videos via the Google Ads network or with the networking sites.
4.2 Riseax deliver of views from Google Ads & Networking sites. Your view estimate is the minimum amount you will receive as determined by budget and length of promotion.
4.3 We don’t guarantee any numbers for interactions, such as new subscribers, likes, and comments.
4.4. The promotion takes place on YouTube using their In-feed Video Ads (Discovery Ads) (https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9176876?hl=en), TrueView In-Stream Ads(https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6055025) and Networking Sites
5. HOW FAST WILL THE PROMOTION START
The promotion starts after at least one of your videos passes the Google review process. Usually, it takes up to 48 hours. But sometimes it can be longer. It all depends on your content and the targeting you chose. If you think that the review process takes too long, you can contact and ask us why this is so.
6. HOW LONG YOUR PROMOTION WILL RUN
Usually, we run your promotion for 6-8 days. Sometimes it can take longer. The pace of your promotion depends on the targeting settings and your content. We can’t guarantee any exact length of the promotion.
7. VIDEO SELECTION
You can select the videos for your promotion manually. You can always add new videos to your promotion in your Riseax dashboard.
8. GOOGLE ADS REVIEW PROCESS
8.1. We can’t influence the Google review process in any way. We can only make sure that your ads don’t violate Google Ads policies.
8.2. It means there is a possibility that not all of your videos will pass the Google review. When it happens, we will only promote the videos that passed the Google review.
9. PROMOTION RESULTS
9.1. You can find the results of your promotion in your Riseax dashboard.
9.2. You can see the all result about the promotion on Riseax’s Dashboard.
9.3. You have to accept the promotion results shown in the Riseax’s dashboard. We always strive to hit or exceed our view estimates. However, YouTube analytics view data can have a discrepancy of 15-20% between two reporting sources. This is considered within a normal range as per Google. Avoid recent comparisons between analytics data on YouTube and our dashboard because updates on YouTube may take up to 72 hours to reflect accurately. If you notice a discrepancy higher than 20% and after 72 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately.
10. THE PAYMENT PROCESS
10.1. All payments are processed before the start of the promotion. There are several options available.
10.2. You can stop the promotion or delete your payment data at any time to avoid any new payments.

13. HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA AND WHO HAS ACCESS TO IT
13.1. Your information is safe with us as we don’t share it with any third party without your prior consent.
13.2. We also use your channel and video titles, and targeting settings to run your promotion on Google Ads.
13.3. The information is stored securely on our servers. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your personal data and protect it against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. The data you provide to us is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is the industry-standard method of encrypting personal information and credit card details so that they can be securely transferred over the Internet.
13.4. Only our employees and software developers have access to your data. And only to the data which is necessary for their job. For example, your Riseax manager will have access to your contact data such as your email address and your videos’ list.
13.5. We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes. We delete or anonymize your information upon deletion of your account.

14. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
14.1. You can cancel your promotion at any time. The best way to do so is to pause your promotion on your dashboard’s main page and let us know via email or online support that you want the refund. This way, there will be minimum spending after you decide to cancel the promotion. We will refund the unspent balance. If you cancel the promotion before the start of it, we will refund the whole payment.
14.2. Please note that data in our dashboard updates with a delay of 4-6 hours, and the refund amount can be lower than stated when you paused the promotion. Any bonus received during a campaign activation or otherwise will be excluded from any refunds.
14.3. There are also other situations when we will give you a refund of the unspent balance:
- None of your YouTube videos passed the Google review process;
- Your YouTube channel doesn’t have any videos;
- all videos in your promotion are age-restricted and can’t be promoted;
- we can deny the promotion services for other reasons. For example, our system or Google Ads stopped working;
- after the termination of your Riseax account if it has an unspent balance.
14.4. The refund will be made to the payment source you used for the payment. You can also choose to be refunded back to your Riseax balance.
14.5. Refund abuse impacts our ability to provide a reliable service. If your account is flagged for abuse of our refund policy we may disable your account after the refund and refuse any further service.
15. INVOICES
15.1. We issue invoices for every payment. You can find them on the Payment History page on your dashboard.
15.2. If you need to add your company details or a GST number, please contact us.
16. EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS
16.1. We will keep you updated about your promotion, YouTube channel performance, and Riseax news if you allow us to do it during the registration.
16.2. You can unsubscribe by following the link at the bottom of an email you received from us.
17. Riseax ACCOUNT TERMINATION
17.1. You can always delete your account in the My Profile section of your Riseax Dashboard.
17.2. We delete or anonymize your information upon deletion of your account.
18. FINAL PROVISIONS
18.1. Riseax.com or Media Waves is not obliged to reimburse you any direct and/or indirect damages, including lost profits.
18.2. If one or more provisions of these Terms of Service are considered invalid or unenforceable, the Agreement’s remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18.3. Please contact us if you are not sure about any provision of these Terms of Service.
18.4. All disputes must be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, you and Riseax have the right to refer the dispute to a court.
18.5. You as a Riseax customer can end the relationship by the termination of your account.
18.6. We can end the relationship by the termination of your account.
18.7. These Terms of Service can change over time.
